History of the Rochester Futbol Club

The Rochester Futbol Club is an elite level soccer club founded in 1997 by Nelson Cupello and Charlie Williams. Following Mr. Williams’ retirement in 2003, Nelson Cupello became Director of Coaching. In addition, a Board of Directors was created to provide leadership with goals and objectives to support an appropriate direction in the best interest of young athletes. The Board is comprised of parents and community members committed to working with Mr. Cupello and provide an avenue for area boys and girls to increase their knowledge and skills in the game of soccer. Participation in the club also allows the athletes to utilize their knowledge and skills on the pitch through competition with other area and regional teams.
